Murray Chrysler Westman is looking for a strong leader to take on the role of Parts Manager within our dealership. This position is ideal for someone who can effectively manage inventory, lead a team, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Operations Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer and service department demands
• Monitor stock orders, returns, and obsolescence to control costs
• Ensure accurate inventory records and regular cycle counts
• Implement effective merchandising and display strategies

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise parts department staff
• Manage performance to meet departmental goals
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Customer Service

• Deliver high-quality service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Collaboration

• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
• Coordinate with sales staff on accessory and parts opportunities
• Communicate effectively with dealership management
